Legislation Governing Computer Use

I would say “No”.because There have been many attempts to create and enforce laws in computer use. And these laws are now obsolete (wiretapping, videotape recording, software). Law takes hundreds of years to fully evolve.  Going over legislation in governing computer use  waste's of money, staffing, and other valuable resources.

For practical reasons, advances in technology are so fast that legislation delays make laws obsolete before implementation, if this happens, then we probably need go thru a new legislation.

  5. I agree with you, but I think it is still better if there are laws implementing, for us to know our limitations in using computer.

  7. you have a point but still, everything would be better if there is something that will control it even if it will turn out to be not like what we wanted.
