I would say “No”.because There have been many attempts to create and enforce laws in computer use. And these laws are now obsolete (wiretapping, videotape recording, software). Law takes hundreds of years to fully evolve. Going over legislation in governing computer use waste's of money, staffing, and other valuable resources.
For practical reasons, advances in technology are so fast that legislation delays make laws obsolete before implementation, if this happens, then we probably need go thru a new legislation.
it is true that technology is advancing sooooooo fast. Even if you did not agree on creating legislation, you have defended your answer well.
ReplyDeletewe have our own opinion for that issue
ReplyDeleteyour just being practical..
i agree but in my post i agree because we have our own opinion about this issue
ReplyDeletewe have different answer but you justify it well.. job well done.. =))
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, but I think it is still better if there are laws implementing, for us to know our limitations in using computer.
ReplyDeleteYou have a unique answer compared to others. I think you should think about it.
ReplyDeleteyou have a point but still, everything would be better if there is something that will control it even if it will turn out to be not like what we wanted.
ReplyDeleteI respect your opinion but we neEd to pursue this law in order to control computer crimes...
ReplyDeleteI beg to disagree with you kath.. Imagine a world without a law, it will be chaos.. But i accept your opinion about it.
